Tree Top Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom detached lodge. Providing good value luxury self catering accommodation in the beautiful lake district.  Tree Top Lodge can accommodate up to 4 adults very comfortably and is located near Troutbeck on the Kirstone Pass, approx 3 miles from both Windermere and Ambleside.  Tree Top Lodge is sited within the 5* Limefitt Park where there is a pub within 5 mins walk, a shop, adventure playground, football field, a river pool and access directly onto the fells.  There is a field specifically for dog walking and dogs are very welcome at Tree Top Lodge!

Tree Top Lodge has full central heating and double glazing to ensure that the lodge is warm and welcoming whatever the weather. The decking surrounding the lodge provides wonderful views 0f Wansfell, Applethwaite Common and the Troutbeck Fells whilst eating al fresco or enjoying a glass of something chilled at the end of the day. Tree Top Lodge is ideally located for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas whilst still having extremely easy access to all that the Lake District has to offer.
