Can I book a lodge for 1 or 2 nights? Unfortunately it’s not possible to book just for 1 or 2 nights due to the availability of the cleaner
Do you provide travel cot/highchair? No, we ask you to bring your own as we can’t keep an eye on them to check they are safe each time they are used, so we feel it’s safer for you and your baby to bring your own!
Do you allow dogs to stay at your luxury lodges? Yes we do! And we don’t charge you extra for them! All we ask is that you ensure they are kept on a lead whilst walking around the site, that they aren’t allowed on the furniture in the lodge and that you always ‘pick up’ after them! (Please bring dog blanket/bed to save the carpet!) At Calgarth we would ask that you double check in the garden before you leave, although we would expect that dogs are walked for this purpose
What if something goes wrong in the lodge? Please feel free to call us if anything goes wrong in the lodges! We will try and talk through any ways of putting it right, if not successful then we have Home Care cover for the gas, heating, electrics, drains and water – anything else our cleaner usually knows ‘someone who can’ and we would get someone to sort out the problem asap! If you feel there is anything that could do with replacing/not enough of/not up to the mark then please let us know!
