Tree Top Lodge offers you all the comforts of home for your relaxing family holiday - or a great base from which to get out and explore all that the wonderful lake district has to offer.

All the family will enjoy the river pool, the adventure playground (I have been known to ‘zip the wire’ myself), the football field, the walks directly onto the fells, the pub on your doorstep!

Calgarth Lodge is our ‘new lodge’ which we have recently taken over and fitted out in a similar way to Tree Top Lodge, as our comments book from Tree top proves that this is very much appreciated by all those that have holidayed there to date.

White Cross Bay offers similar easy access to all that the Lake District has to offer - but is situated on the lakeside between Windermere and Ambleside, rather than in the valley, and both are within easy walking distance.

Brockhole Visitor Centre is a 10 min walk away, which is a free facility with wonderful gardens, a cafe and a fantastic adventure playground.

On White Cross Bay there is a playground, pub/restaurant (with regular entertainment), a leisure complex with pool, a picnic area by the lake, tennis court and again a dog walking site for our canine friends.
